MM 515 - Psychopathology in the Family Context


 This course presents a study of the major mental disorders as defined in the current edition of the DSM, with an emphasis on understanding the etiology and definition of disorders and the assessment methods used for determining diagnoses. In addition, this course examines data and information gathering methods; factors influencing appraisals; and the use of appraisal results in treatment planning and intervention (3 credit hours)
