ADNU 3011 - Medical Surgical Nursing II Prerequisite(s): ADNU 3010
This course is a continuation of medical surgical nursing emphasizing the hematologic and immunologic, cardiovascular digestive, urological, and musculoskeletal systems. Additional topics include normal physiology; diagnostic evaluation and treatment; nutrition; drug therapy; developing plans of care; the properties, effects, and principles underlying the use and administration of pharmacotherapeutic agents; and identifying major community resources that can assist in meeting client needs.
