PY 543X - Advanced Assessment


Prerequisites: PY436X Personality Assessment, PY421X Advanced Psychopathology The primary objective of this course is the development of skills essential to the interpretation of test findings. Emphasis is placed upon the integration of test material into a comprehensive understanding of the client. Students will refine their skills in report writing, differential diagnosis, biopsychosocial case formulation, and therapeutic recommendations with special attention on how to communicate test reports to the various audiences in interprofessional health service settings. (3 credits)
