PM 740 - Forensic Issues Seminar


This course is designed to expose students to the differences between clinical and forensic evaluation and assessment. This course focuses on the technical aspects of conducting such evaluations and the final written product, as well as the implications of the evaluations for future deposition and court testimony. This course will also explore family law evaluations, such as child custody and termination of parental rights, and civil matters involving tort cases, police fitness for duty, and involuntary commitment.
