PF 755 - Law and Social PsychologyThis course focuses on the social aspects of behavior with regard to the legal system. Classic social psychological research and theories are examined to provide a background for legal issues such as eyewitness accuracy, false confession, false memories, and aggression. Criminological research is examined to provide a background for understanding inequities in the legal system with regard to race and class. (2 credits) |
