PB 455 - Research MethodsThis course focuses on the appropriate methodologies for program and intervention outcome analysis, linkage research, and model testing. Specific attention will be paid to organizational measurement and assessment for the purpose of demonstrating the effectiveness of organizational interventions on desired outcomes such as customer retention, return on investment, and organizational effectiveness. Mastery of these methods will be demonstrated by an applied project. (3 credits) |
