PA 547 - Professional Ethics and IssuesProfessional, ethical, and legal issues related to the practice of behavior analysis are critically examined. Issues considered include privacy, privilege, confidentiality and its limitations, informed consent, patients’ rights, malpractice, patient-therapist relationships, and regulation influencing the practice of therapy. For the Applied Behavior Analysis Specialization this course meets Behavior Analyst Certification Board® requirements for 10 hours in “ethical and professional standards issues relevant to the practice of behavior analysis.
