OL 455 - Research MethodsThe course examines the basic technologies and methodologies used to conduct research in the social sciences. Library sources and electronic search tools and services are reviewed. Topics include: Reviewing the literature, formulating a researchable question, choosing the appropriate methodology, and identifying a data analysis structure. The final project for the course will be a formal research proposal. (3 credits) |
