IO 563 - Project ManagementThis course is designed to provide students with the skills they need to understand project management – how it works, possibilities and challenges. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of project management such as planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, risk and all aspects of a project life cycle. They will learn what it takes to be a good project manager. The course provides the participant with a framework of project management knowledge to build upon using interactive lecture, real life examples, case studies, dynamic exercises and self-assessments.
