IO 550 - Compensation and Benefits AdministrationPrerequisite(s): PB 400 or IO 400 . This elective will teach students the theories, approaches, and practices of wage and salary administration and provide a basic understanding of employee benefits administration. Specific topics covered include base pay and incentive design, executive compensation, skill-based pay, pay-for-performance, rewarding group performance, benefits administration, and organizational culture in relation to compensation.
