FO 699 - Thesis VAll students enrolled in Thesis must attend a one-hour weekly seminar. These seminars are designed to enable the student to work closely with a faculty member to steadily progress toward the completion of their thesis project. Each course is designed with a related task that must be completed for course credit. A thesis is a research-based scholarly written work demonstrating knowledge of research in the student’s chosen forensic area with emphasis on a thorough literature review, research design and methodology, and analytical/critical thinking skills. The thesis topic must be approved by the student’s thesis committee chair. A more detailed explanation of the procedures, process, and requirements for thesis completion is contained in the Department of Forensic Psychology’s Forensic Thesis Handbook. This document is available online or through the Director of the Forensic Thesis Track.(Credit/No Credit) (1 credit) |
