MP 578 - Mental Health Law

An overview of mental health law and the related issues and responsibilities within diverse forensic settings is the subject of this class. Specific applications include confidentiality, reporting requirements, and psychiatric hospital evaluation. Case studies and court reports will be used to illustrate the key concepts of this course.
