MM 627 - Clinical Psychopathology


This course presents a study of the major mental disorders as defined in the current edition of the DSM with emphasis on understanding the etiology and definition of disorders, and the assessment methods used for determining diagnoses. In addition, this course examines data and information gathering methods; factors influencing appraisals; and the use of appraisal results in the helping process. (3 Credits)
